Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for GeoConfirm subscriptions. Payments are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record.
1. Free trial
Every plan begins with a free trial that requires no payment card. You can stop using the Service during the trial at no charge.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from the in-app billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
3. Refunds
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us within 14 days of the charge at hello@geoconfirm.app. Approved refunds are issued through Polar to your original payment method. Statutory rights (for example EU/UK consumer rights) are unaffected by this policy.
4. Billing questions
Polar appears as the seller on your card or bank statement. For invoices, tax receipts, or payment issues, contact hello@geoconfirm.app and we will assist or direct you to Polar’s buyer support.
