These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GeoConfirm (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
GeoConfirm provides GPS-verified visit confirmation for field teams, including geofenced check-ins, visit logs, and reporting. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must have authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to falsify location data, interfering with verification, or using the Service to monitor individuals unlawfully. You must comply with all applicable laws, including employment and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and taxes
Paid plans are billed through Polar, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Polar handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation terms are presented at checkout and in your in-app billing settings.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time from the in-app billing portal. Refund and cancellation handling is described in our Refund Policy.
6. Data and privacy
Our handling of personal and location data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoConfirm disclaims implied warranties and limits its liability as set out in the final, counsel-reviewed version of these Terms.
